Yoga

Whether you're new to yoga or apply the practice to your daily life already, we're never too old or too advanced to learn! I like to cover different aspects of yoga. What it is in the roots, according to Indian teachings and philosophy, but also what it is to me personally.

Asanas

Pranayama 

Stepping away from our normal, natural rhythm of breathing. Turning our attention to breath exercises.

Drishti

The focus of your gaze to one point.

Mudras

Also known as gestures. Can be with the eyes, hands or other body parts. Keeps the energy in the body flowing.

Bandhas

Translated to "Locks". Blocking the energy flow in a certain place in the body. Often whilst retaining the breath inside.
